ChocolateChip & AlmondWalnut Cake

Hohoho....da Egg-less Fruitcake that i baked 3 days back is gone! Yeah, it's finished...that's good enough to have an overwhelming support for me to bake more delicious cakes and cookies! :D Yesterday, when i reached home, da 1st question from mom, "What cake you gonna bake later?" I was rather shocked and seeing me in a shock mode, mom said, "Da fruitcake you baked, all in our tummy already"..I stood in da kitchen for a while and know, i am kinda's one kind of a happiness and's like there's a demand and why there's a demand i wonder...finally, i realised that most probably da cakes and cookies that i baked suits my family's tastebud and they really love it! When dad started to tell mom, "It's good to know that she has da interest to bake and know we can just ask her to bake whenever we feels like to eat different kind of cakes and cookies anytime", i am rather happy as there's definitely a good remark on me and that he's praising me...okay okay, i know i am being shallow...:p Anyway, i'd then decided to bake ChocolateChips & AlmondWalnut Cake phew....such a long name huh....ekekekee.....actually it's supposed to be Chocolate Chips & Almond Cake but i'd no enough almond and that's why i added walnut..:p Somehow, it's aromatic during da baking session and my tester (my little sista) gave thumbs up to my cake!
