Dinner @ Villa Danieli, Sheraton Imperial Hotel KL

A couple of weeks back, we decided to re-visit Villa Danieli since we were very eager to use up da RM 250 meal voucher; a reward of being a Starwood Privilege member. We first tried out this Italian Restaurant last October on my birthday and I must say that it left a very happy and precious moment to me... just so unforgettable :)

Darling and I absolutely fancy da Italian Breads and Breadsticks at this place :D

We started with Seafood Tomato Soup with Garlic Grouton. Priced at RM 35, we find it very slurpy and soupy with generous amount of Fresh Seafood. We both liked it and think that it tastes better than da one we shared before, a Seasonal Vegetables Soup :)

As a beef lover, darling had Braised Beef Cheek for his main. Priced at RM 82, I was kinda O_o and O_o cause of its high-sky price! Served with Porcini Mushrooms, Rustic Broken Potatoes and Black Truffles, darling mentioned that it tastes exactly da same with da one he had at Max! Kitchen & Wines and he utter aloud "Absolutely delicious and outrageous, da meat, oh..... so tender and flavorful!" and if you think that it's way too expensive to have this main course here, feel free to drop by Max's place cause according to my other half, it seriously tastes exactly da same and best of all, much cheaper :)

If you know me well, you sure know that I am a "Fish" person. Pardon me, I don't smells like a Fish okay it's just that I usually order Fish for my main whenever I dines out. However, that night itself, not too sure why, I ended up ordering Braised Lamb which turned out to be quite good! Priced at RM 65, it served with Mashed Potatoes and Gremolada Sauce, a versatile condiment of minced Parsley, Garlic and Lemon Zest if I am not wrong. Smells good, tastes herby and not to forget da meltingly tender Lamb Shank, oh sooo delicious! :D

Came dessert time, I was a happy gal! I just couldn't stop smiling! Highlight of da night, a Degustation Plate of Desserts for 2 persons :D Priced at RM 50, I liked Chocolate Mousse Cake da most, then da Tiramisu and not to forget da cheesy-licious Cheese Cake :D Boy oh boy, am really salivating now..... I just don't seem to have enough of all these, especially Cakes from Just Heavenly Pleasures! When, oh when darling gonna drive me to Nigel's place again, I wonder :p

Well, da dinner was really good but with da Soup, Mains, Desserts and not to forget da 2 glasses of Red Wine we had that night, it somehow costed us a bomb although we had RM 250 meal voucher with us. You better believe it, da total bill came up to a whopping RM 400 for just a normal dinner, no special ocassion okay!!! O_o that means we still got to pay extra RM 150 and if only da whole dinner costs that price, I bet you will find it extremely worthy. Agree? ;)

joe, oh actually can... infact, if you order only starter with main course or main course with dessert, that rm 250 definitely more than enough :D
