Wantan Mee @ Restoran Jalan Tanjung Dua, Bandar Menjalara

Apart from going to O & S Restaurant for its local hawkers delight, we also love to have our usual weekend breakfast or brunch at Restoran Jalan Tanjung Dua. Not too sure if this place is familiar to you as this Kopitiam is located at Bandar Menjalara and I bet Desa Park City/Kepong folks would surely recognize this eatery since there are not many Kopitiam around this area. This time around, am going to review their "Wantan Mee". Not hard to spot this small little stall near da Restaurant's entrance and it's operated by a chinese man. It's amazing to see how his business blooms, especially during weekdays' lunch hour and weekends too, it's proven that his plate of "Wantan Mee" is absolutely something. Well, I wouldn't say that he serves da best "Wantan Mee" but I find da noodles here wonderfully springy and slightly crunchy which no doubt, has my vote. I have tried its "Char Siu" version but still prefer to savour da noodles with its famous Braised Chicken Feet and Mushroom. Apart from that, I have also tried its Dumpling which I find it pretty good too. If you are around this area, no harm to give this stall a try, definitely not expensive as a plate of "Wantan Mee" is priced at RM 3.50 only while RM 4.50- RM 5.00 for da Braised Chicken Feet.

once i was told by the owner of a wantan mee stall, they don't call it chicken feet & mushroom a.k.a "dong gu gai giok", they prefer to call it phoenix's claw & abalone a.k.a "bao yu fong zhao"
haha^^ sound more noble

Could this be the restaurant that serves a huge list of wan tan mee variety. There is a restaurant in Manjalara that serves one of the best noodles with chicken feet, curry chicken and etc, the "Sui Kow" is also shokolingam!
